Due to their large contact area Bilz precision levelling wedges (PK) - also known as wedge mounts - for vibration and structure-borne noise insulation offer optimum support and stiffening of the machine bed.

They are available in a wide range of sizes and dimensions as free-standing, bolt-on to the machine or bolt-through to the foundation design.

The proven design principle enables the machine to be quickly leveled to a degree of leveling in the 1/100 mm (0.0004) range even at loads of 100 tons per wedge. The powerful self-locking effect of the leveling bolt prevents selfloosening under the effects of vibration. Depending on the application, their use in conjunction with Bilz isolation pads creates the perfect rigidity with very effective vibration isolation

AMT Neoprene Mounts Series N allow excellent attenuation of medium to high frequency vibration and noise generated from a wide range of motor driven machines particularly axial and centrifugal fans

AMT Neoprene Mounts are used to isolate a wide range of equipment and can be bolted to equipment mounting holes with the supplied cap screw and washer. However it is not necessary to bolt these mountings to the floor on most installations. They can be used under flat bases that have no bolt holes in much the same manner as rubber pads.
